The Experience
Join UCC for an unforgettable evening as award-winning chefs Juan Ramon and Rodrigo Cardenas showcase the artistry and precision of a traditional Spanish tuna carving. Watch as a magnificent Bluefin is transformed into crudos, tartares, tostadas, sashimi, tacos, and grilled creations, course by course, blade by blade. A champagne toast opens the night, with signature cocktails and curated wines carrying every bite straight to the sea. It will be an evening to remember!
