United Community Centers Foundation
In late 1995 the first bricks were laid to establish a base of long term financial resources that would support the United Community Centers, Inc. UCC Foundation was established as a permanent perpetual source of income from gifts for endowment. The income is utilized to operate its three social service centers. The Foundation offers various long term programs so that the contributions you make today are carefully managed to provide funds year after year, leaving a legacy of hope for future generations.

UCC Foundation Inc. is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization and all assets are invested for the benefit of the United Community Centers Inc.

Ways to Give
Each contribution gives strength to the Foundation and broadens the possibilities for community center programs that it supports.
Bequests of a specific sum or asset may be made by adding a few sentences to your will.

Life Insurance Policies may list the UCC Foundation as beneficiary

Life Income Gifts are arranged by giving money or property to the UCC Foundation. With a polled income fund trust, your gift is invested to earn income, of which you received a share.

Charitable Gift Annuities may be established with a fit of cash, or securities may be structured to provide guaranteed fixed income to your for life. The principal amount remains with the UCC Foundation after the death of the donor.

Charitable Trusts set up from a gift of cash, or securities may be structured to provide income benefits for you and may be adjusted to meet your needs. Two common trusts of this type are charitable remainder annuity trusts and charitable remainder unitrusts.

Securities may be contributed at their full market value. However, if you have securities that would bring a loss if sold, it may be to your advantage at tax time to sell the securities and make a gift of cash instead.

Cash Contributions are fully tax deductible, as the UCC Foundation is a 501c(3)
