Inc. UCC Foundation

of income from gifts for endowment. The income
is utilized to operate its three social service
centers. The Foundation offers various long term
programs so that the contributions you make today
are carefully managed to provide funds year after
year, leaving a legacy of hope for future generations.
UCC Foundation Inc.
is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization and all

you received a share.

may be structured to provide guaranteed fixed
income to your for life. The principal amount
remains with the UCC Foundation after the death
of the donor.
Charitable Trusts
set up from a gift of cash, or securities may
be structured to provide income benefits for you
and may be adjusted to meet your needs. Two common
trusts of this type are charitable remainder annuity
trusts and charitable remainder unitrusts.
Securities may
be contributed at their full market value. However,
if you have securities that would bring a loss
if sold, it may be to your advantage at tax time
to sell the securities and make a gift of cash
instead.
